Customer Operations Lead

Ketone-IQ™ has been an elite metabolic health and performance secret and we’re ready to let the world in on it. We’re scaling into the retail world rapidly and looking for someone exceptional to join our growing team! Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll play a critical role in building out our retail operation. If this sounds like you, please read on.

As our Customer Operations Lead, you will be responsible for supporting HVMN’s Retail Operations through:

  • Day-to-day execution and management of order to cash cycle (Order management & 3PL operations) - Order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery.
  • Be the primary point of contact for both internal team members and retail/distributor partners on any purchase order related operations.
  • Build sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability as we onboard with new retail customers.
  • Process EDI and manual orders from retail/distributor accounts and send to 3PL with appropriate instructions for fulfillment.
  • Owner of EDI onboarding process including adding new accounts with SPS Commerce, mapping, and confirming connection is complete and orders can be received from trading partners.
  • Work with Finance to ensure payment is received from Retail partners for PO’s in a timely manner.
  • Owner of freight related activities related to retail/distributor orders. Strive to get to 100% OTIF (on time, in full) on all Retail/distributor partner orders and avoid transportation related chargebacks.
  • Responsible for accuracy and execution of customer master data, logistics claims/chargebacks, and OS&D.


  • Can work US based hours(Anywhere from EST to PST based schedule ok).
  • Excellent(best of the best) written and verbal communication skills in a customer-facing role.
  • Elite organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to the details.
  • Some degree of experience in one or more of: Retail operations, order management, supply chain, operations, customer service, transportation, and/or logistics
  • Able to learn, navigate, and teach how to use both internal and external tools and systems: QBO/other ERP systems, Google suite, Notion, Airtable, Asana, Shopify, Amazon Seller, Kehe, etc.


  1. 2+ years experience working with distributors like Kehe, UNFI, Vistar, US Foods, DOT, etc.
  2. Experience working in the CPG industry.
  3. Experience working in a high growth, startup environment.
  4. 1+ year(s) of experience with EDI Order process flow from setup, mapping, sending documents, etc.
  5. Good to advanced Excel and google sheets skills. Highly analytical and data-driven.
